I grew up in rural northern Wyoming and moved to Colorado after graduating high school.  I graduated from Mesa State College with a BA in Liberal Arts and my elementary teaching license.  After graduating college I moved to Friedberg, Germany with my husband who was serving in the Army.  I taught second grade at an elementary school for military dependents in Bad Nauheim, Germany.  After three years living abroad we moved back to Colorado.  I spent several years staying at home raising my two young children.  When they were both in school I was ready to be back in the classroom.  I love working with the wonderful Kindergarten team and getting to support the students and teachers.  Kindergarten is a year of big growth and I enjoy being a part of the students year.
