I’m very excited to be teaching first grade at Soaring Heights PK-8! I grew up in Vermont and moved out to Colorado in 2018.  I graduated with my BA in Elementary Education and an Endorsement in Cultural and Linguistic Diversity from the University of Colorado Boulder.  I have worked with a wide range of students, from kindergarten to 9th grade, but I found my passion in first grade.  I strive to build confidence and agency in my students as well as help them develop problem solving skills they can carry through their education.  In my free time, I love to cook, read or write in the sun, and do anything crafty!
