I have taught in St. Vrain for many years at both the elementary and middle school levels. I love being able to teach in this wonderful community! I knew I wanted to be a teacher from the time I was 8 years old, when I taught my cousin how to tie his shoes. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in Human Development and Family Studies and Early Childhood Education and my Master’s from Capella University in Education with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction. I am a Colorado native, and grew up in the area! In my spare time, I love to hike and camp, workout, read, and am an avid sports fan. My favorite thing to do is spend time with family and friends, especially my son Jayce.
