Our name, mascot and colors were selected by the Board of Education on March 14. The Board selected Soaring Heights, eagle, and blue and silver.
The Board was presented with the results of the community vote. The name options presented to the Board from the public vote were Fox Hill and Soaring Heights. Ridge View had been a part of the public voting process, but it was removed from consideration due to the similarity and proximity to Ridge View Academy. The top mascot submissions were eagle, fox and wolf. The top color selections were blue and silver, black and turquoise, and black and silver.
