Soaring Heights PK-8 offers many opportunities for students to engage in learning beyond the traditional school year. This includes:
Elementary Project Launch (students may attend at other elementary school sites)
Through Project Launch, elementary students can strengthen their reading and math skills over the summer in a fun, friendly camp-like environment. They will receive small classroom instruction from high-quality St. Vrain teachers, allowing them to get extra support for a great start on the upcoming school year. Students exiting kindergarten through fourth grade are eligible to attend at no cost to families.
Monday-Thursday, June 5th-29th, 8:30am-3:30pm
The deadline for registration is March 31st, 2023. Registration forms are available at the SHPK-8 office.
Middle School Project Launch
We are excited to announce that Project Launch will be held at Soaring Heights this summer for current 5th, 6th, and 7th-grade students. We highly recommend students participate in this program if they would like extra academic support or enrichment this summer. The program will have daily literacy practice focused on math study and exploration. Classes will be center-based, engaging, and geared toward ability levels. Every student will have an elective STEM block. In addition, we will offer an accelerated math program for incoming 6th-graders.
