Bio

I am Anna Wing and I am so excited to be teaching Middle School Social Studies at Soaring Heights.

I grew up in northern Wisconsin on the shores of Lake Superior, attended college in Iowa, and graduate school in Chicago where I earned a Master's Degree in U.S. History from Loyola University.

I have two amazing kids, Cora and Peterson. Cora is a second degree blackbelt in Taekwondo, an amazing musician and actress, and loves to knit, crochet, swim and read. Peterson is an incredible athlete and excels at soccer and basketball, he also really loves to dance and is incredibly funny.

I have two dogs and two cats. Besides walking my dogs and hanging out with my kids I love to read, sew, crochet, and travel. Most of all I love teaching middle school and am excited to share my love of history with my students.
