I am very excited to be teaching Middle School Physical Education here at Soaring Heights! I have been teaching at the Pre K-8 level since 2008. I am originally from Chicago, IL but got my undergraduate degree in PE K-12 teaching from the University of Northern Colorado. I also have a coaching background in swimming, baseball, tennis, basketball, soccer, and volleyball. I am currently coaching baseball at Erie School and am the head volleyball coach here at Soaring Heights

In my free time I love to be outdoors with my wife, two sons, and my daughter! I am an avid Chicago sports fan, and very passionate about the Cubs, Bears, Blackhawks, and Bulls. When I am not teaching or coaching you can find me cooking, grilling, snowboarding, golfing, bowling, at a concert, fishing, working out, playing softball, or just about anything to get moving!
