I grew up in Syracuse NY.  I went to college at Plymouth State University where I received a BS in Physical education.  I then moved to Boulder in June of 2000.  I spent my first 20 years in Colorado working in early childhood at The Acorn school.  I also was a personal trainer for many years. 

During my free time I enjoy spending time with my family/friends  and running with my dog Wrigley!
