Originally from Kansas, I followed my heart (and clicked my heels) all the way to the majestic mountains of Colorado. Today, I’m honored to serve as Dean of Students at Soaring Heights, where I’m passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment where all students can grow and thrive.

Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of teaching across a wide range of grade levels—from 4th and 5th grade to middle school, high school, and even college. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the academic, emotional, and social needs of students at every stage.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management, a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a Minor in Biology, and a Master’s Degree in School Leadership. My background reflects a deep commitment to lifelong learning and a well-rounded approach to student support.

As the proud member of a family full of educators, I bring heart, humor, and dedication to everything I do. I believe in building strong relationships, empowering students with the tools they need to succeed, and helping them find joy in learning.

When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our six children, and our dogs. We love hiking, camping, traveling, and volunteering as ski and bike patrollers at Winter Park. On quieter days, you’ll find us gathered around our backyard fire pit, making memories.

I’m so grateful to be part of the Soaring Heights community and look forward to another incredible year of connection, learning, and growth.
