- Hello Soaring Heights! I am an 8 year Special Education veteran with experience in 3 diverse, center-based programs. I've opened 2 of the 3 programs; one intensive multi-needs and one autism, both at the elementary level. This is my second year at Soaring Heights as the teacher for the Elementary B.A.S.E. Program (formerly Affective Education, currently Behavior Academic Support Environment). Together, we are working to meet the needs of a diverse population through social emotional and academic support so that students may develop to their highest potential and become contributing citizens.
